Initial Consultation

Here you have the opportunity to describe your business and web site objectives - and find out about various types of web sites, the cost associated with each, and the production process.

Site concepts can be discussed, formulated, and agreed upon at this time.

The Draft

After agreeing on the site concept, we present a draft of the site which includes a mock-up of the homepage, key sub-pages, and a site map. We also provide an estimate of costs, and a tentative production schedule.

You should review this material carefully, because this is the best time to make alterations to the project.

The Production Process

When you've approved the draft and specified alterations, production on the web site begins. Generally you will supply the copy and photos for the project, and you should proof all material before submitting it to us.

We can also provide work-in-progress sites allowing you to follow the production process.

The Site Presentation

After the site is completed but before it is published, you will have an opportunity to review it, make revisions, and approve the completed alterations.

Publishing the Site

Publishing the site involves:
  • Moving the site data to your domain (yourcompany.com)
  • Submitting the site to popular free search engines
  • Site marketing

The site will be available to viewers immediately after the data is moved to your domain and will appear in search engine listings one to six weeks after submission.

Site Maintenance, Traffic Reports, and Search Engine Marketing

Unlike a brochure or printed ad, your web site can be updated and expanded at will. During the planning stages you should discuss with us how your site will be updated and who will perform the updates.

You can arrange to receive reports, either on-demand or as a continuing service, showing the traffic your site is generating by the hour, day, week, and month. Reports can also provide detailed records of visitors, pages visited.

The methods of marketing a website are constantly changing.
We continually dedicate a substantial amount of research, development, and testing in this area of expertise.

"Bill is one in a million. We planned our Web site as a catalogue for our retailers. But Bill had me in the top five in just about every search engine, and number one in some of them. Then the New York Times House & Home section found us and featured some of our products. So we immediately put in a shopping cart, and we've done phenomenal business since. The man is a genius."
